For example, there is a store selling products, but these products are available in a shop that is already working with the website that I will create, so customers when checkout can choose the closest location to it so shipping costs are cheaper

Sorry, currently our Ecommerce script doesn't support multi-store yet. We will do it in the near future.
It's a lot of work so it will take time to do.
