I did as you described. But the site is giving server 500 error. In the admin I can see dashboard but unable to access PLUGINS tab. Also some new tabs are showing in the admin. Kindly check enclosed snapshot.
As per your update documentation :
For non-developer:
Do you mean that I just need to overwrite vendor folder ? And then follow second step ? Or am I missing any other step ?
Also as per your release note :
What exactly is this ? as I cant see anything in the front end of your demo ?
Thanks
Hi,
It means you need to replace folder /vendor by the one in the latest version.
"Add theme options to enable/disable Facebook chat, Facebook comment."
It's a mistake in our release notes, it's copied from other product. I've removed it.
Do I need to only replace 'vendor' folder ? Or other folders also ?
For non-developer
There is so much confusion ???
Do I have to follow these steps ? for a non-developer ?
Yes, backup your site first, many changes in /platform and database.
I did as you described. But the site is giving server 500 error. In the admin I can see dashboard but unable to access PLUGINS tab. Also some new tabs are showing in the admin. Kindly check enclosed snapshot.
What to do ?
Now I am even unable to login as admin. Kindly advise.
Hi,
Please check error logs in /storage/logs/laravel-Y-m-d.log
I can't help if you don't provide error details.
I had reverted to older version. Installed again the new version. Following is the error log today :
Same issues as mentioned in earlier messages.
Hi,
Look like you didn't replace folder platform/themes.
Or it's cache issue.
You need to delete cache files in /bootstrap/cache/packages.php & /bootstrap/cache/services.php
On some server, cache files aren't cleared automatically.
I have deleted the cache files and replaced the themes folder again. The issue is still not resolved.
Kindly advise.
Can you give me an admin account to check?
Add it in a private reply.
Hi,
We've just updated on Codecanyon, please download the latest version and try again.
Now it's working. Thanks.
