I can see that STATUS is not in search filters , then what is the use of the status field ? Is there any functionality connected to STATUS or it's simply for display purpose ?? If I create a new database table ( like category ) and then use it , will it affect any functionality ?

I added 2 new STATUS as guided by you in the related php code file. I made all of the properties as "featured" , but none of them displayed on the front page. Two of the properties were having status "not available". Even these two properties did not displayed. Then I changed status to "selling" in one of the property and it displayed in the front page.
Kindly explain what exactly should be the STATUS so that the property is displayed on the front page. If STATUS with "selling" is only allowed on front page then any new value is useless to create. So even if I update with a new field "STATUS" in the database even then it will be complicated. Kindly advise.
It's done. I know I am a pig pain for you but it seems my site will the first serious launch for your theme. You can refer it to your clients :). Things are almost done and need to test razor payment and few configurations.

Status field is used to filter in admin, to manage projects/properties.
Property/project with status "Not Available" won't be shown in front site.
Property/project status is used to display in front site, visitor can see to know the status of project/property.

No problem, new table is fine. You can create more tables if you want.

Ah,
We're just display properties with status "Renting" or "Rented", "Selling" or "Sold" on homepage.
You can replace file platform/themes/flex-home/src/Http/Controllers/FlexHomeController.php by the one in the attachment then it should be fixed.
