We're using credits system. So there is no free plan, you just need to change price to non-zero price.
If you set price is 0 then users can buy credits for free, it's same in real life.

You can add credits for new users from admin panel.

Hi, we've just released v2.6. Now, we allow package at zero price.
You need to set limit per user for that package so user just can purchase that package one time for free.

It's limited per user, not all users.
I have already tried it and when you place 1 in the limit if a user buys it the others cannot see the free plan

I've just tested on the demo site and it's working fine. List packages are reloaded after purchasing so user can't purchase free plan again.
We also checked on server side.
